About Us



Victoria, ahora de 35 (36 para el matrimonio), nació y se crió Valledupar, Colombia. Estudió en la Fundación Colegio bilingüe, luego se convirtió en Arquitecta y ha estado trabajando para Compass Group durante el último año y medio. Aunque ama su trabajo y su vida en Bogotá, ella está lista para un cambio. Vickie se enamoró de Long Beach casi tanto como de Billy. No le tomó mucho tiempo decidir mudarse a California para comenzar una nueva vida, incluso antes de que él se lo propusiera.

Ya me conocen....creo que lo más importante de toda esta historia es que nunca he sido tan feliz ni he estado  más emocionada en mi vida. He besado muchos sapos antes de encontrar a mi principe azul, y no hay nada que quisiera más, que la gente que quiero, esté conmigo en este día tan especial... así que por favor acompáñenos!

Victoria, now 35 (36 by the wedding day), was born and raised Valledupar, Colombia. She went to school at Fundación Colegio Bilingue, then became an Architect,  and has been working for Compass Group for the last year and a half. Although she loves her job and her life in Bogotá, she is ready for change. Vickie has fallen in love with Long Beach almost as much as she has fallen in love with Billy. It did not take her long to make the decision to move to California to start a new life, even before he proposed.

You know me....I think that the most important thing in all of this story is that I have never been so happy and excited in my life. I have kissed too many frogs before I found my prince, and there is nothing I would like more, that the people I care about could be with me on this special day...so please join us!

Billy has lived a charmed life.  Since his humble upbringing in suburban Lakewood to his modest lifestyle in the beach community of Belmont Shore, everything has seemed to workout just fine, thank you very much.  The oldest of three boys, Billy's responsible nature fit the family dynamic, as proven by his ability to put himself through college by working at the local tackle shop.  He loved to go fishing.  In 1995, he graduated from Cal State University of Long Beach, first of his family to do so.  Shortly after, Billy found himself back in the classroom, however, this time teaching 6th grade history at a Downey middle school.  Little did he know, but this job would be one of his most fortunate choices he has ever made...

Billy ha vivido una vida tranquila. Desde su humilde crianza en los suburbios de Lakewood a su modesto estilo de vida en la comunidad de playa de Belmont Shore, todo ha salido bien, muchas gracias. El mayor de tres varones, La naturaleza responsable de Billy encaja en la dinámica familiar, como demuestra su capacidad para entrar a la universidad y trabajar en la tienda local de pesca. Le encantaba ir a pescar. En 1995, se graduó de la Universidad Estatal de Cal en Long Beach, primero de su familia en hacerlo. Poco después, Billy se encontró de nuevo en el aula, sin embargo, esta vez como profesor de historia 6 º de sexto gradoen una escuela de Downey. Poco sabía, pero este trabajo sería una de las decisiones más afortunadas que ha tomado...
